It's "タカトオコヒガンザクラ（高遠小彼岸桜）". According to a signpost standing by the sakura,it was donated by Ina city(in Nagano prefecture) as a token of friendship in 2016.😊

I went to a ghibli inspired cafe in Setagaya yesterday. I had to wait in the rain for about an hour and a half but it was totally worth it! Their cream puffs are to die for! The entire aesthetic of the cafe made me feel like I was in a Miyazaki sensei’s movie🥰

Recently I tried this Indo-Chinese dish called “gobi manchurian” gobi means cauliflower. I never tried this dish in india because I dislike cauliflower but here, a friend asked me to try it and let me tell you- IT WAS AMAZING! I regret not eating it soon enough!

Have you ever tried any fusion dish?

We have Ginza- sakura-st. in Ginza 1chome area which is well known as yae-zakura.

It’s been a while taking a short vacation so I spent my day watching RRR today. It’s my first time watching Bollywood films and it was so fun to watch👍. I liked the action and dancing scenes and also the music. It’s in my top 10 movies this year. Does anyone watched this movie?

@Chris a lot of members have been telling me about RRR! i haven’t watched it yet which is a shame because I’m Indian lol. I’m glad you liked it! “Nathu Nathu” song from the movie won an Oscar this year and a Golden Globe award too!😊

about the candies, I recently received candies from Mexico too! I met a new housemate and he gave me some candies from his country! I tried tamarind flavor and it was sooooo strange. Sour but spicy but sweet 👀

yeah since I didn't even know what tamarind is, I checked on internet. It comes from Africa and Asia actually, but in the "use" section was written that in Mexico they use it for water and sweets!
really interesting. I'm pretty sure we don't have any dish with that ingredient!

Today I went to Atami for onsen! It was my first time at an onsen. I was quite nervous in the beginning but it all went perfectly! It’s amazing how hot water can do wonders for your skin and body 😆😆 I also ate “ちらし重” for the first time, very yum!

It sounds like really fun about your first onsen experience.

I went to this onsen spa called “Ocean Spa Fuua”! all the pictures are from the spa :)
they had onsen, sauna, bed rock baths and many relaxation areas. I highly recommend this place!!

And I did try the pudding!!😊😊 it was so delicious 🤤
I got the matcha one because I love everything matcha but next time I would try the original flavour too!😆
